Absolutely — that's what our Design Finder & Builder service is for. Describe what you want, share any reference images or sketches, and we'll model it in CAD and build it from there. You don't need any technical files to begin.

Use the Start a project form, message us on WhatsApp, or email. We aim to send a quote — with cost, material and lead time — within 12 hours. Complex or large projects may take a little longer, but we'll acknowledge you quickly either way.

No. We're glad to print a single prototype or a one-off keepsake, just as we are to run a small production batch. There's a modest minimum charge per order to cover setup and machine time, which we'll always state up front in the quote.

For printing, STL, STEP, OBJ and 3MF are ideal. STEP is best when you'd like us to make edits, since it preserves the model's structure. For design work we also happily take sketches, reference photos, PDFs and dimensioned drawings.

Yes, gladly — just say so when you reach out and we'll have one signed before you send anything. Even without an NDA, your files and designs are never reused, resold or shown to anyone else.

Often, yes. We routinely repair geometry, add tolerances, thicken thin walls and adapt parts for manufacture. If a model needs significant rework we'll tell you before we start, with a clear estimate.

On resin (SLA) we print down to 0.05mm layers for very fine detail and smooth surfaces. On filament (FDM) we typically run 0.1–0.2mm depending on the balance of detail and strength your part needs.

Tolerances depend on material and geometry, but we generally hold around ±0.1–0.3mm on FDM and tighter on resin. For batches, we inspect against your requirements so parts are consistent from the first to the last.

Yes — from as-printed through sanded, primed and painted, to multi-colour prints, threaded inserts and engraving. The finishing options are listed at the foot of the Materials guide.

A single prototype is often ready in 2–4 days; small batches usually run 1–2 weeks depending on size, material and finishing. Your quote will always carry a specific estimate, and we'll flag anything urgent.

We're set up for prototypes and small-batch runs — comfortably from one part into the low hundreds. As demand grows we're scaling into a small print farm, so batch sizes can climb without losing per-part care. For very large volumes we'll be honest about whether printing is the right route.

Often, yes — tell us your deadline and we'll tell you straight whether we can hit it. We'd rather decline than promise a date we can't keep.

We ship across India and can arrange international courier on request. We're based in Chandigarh, and local pickup or a studio visit is welcome by appointment.

Every part is inspected, then packed protectively for the journey — more carefully for delicate resin pieces and finished gifts. Shipping cost is shown separately in your quote.

For most projects we ask for a deposit to begin, with the balance on completion before dispatch. We accept UPI, bank transfer and major digital methods. Terms are confirmed in your quote.

Yes — we're GST-registered and provide a proper tax invoice for every order, which is useful if you're claiming input credit for business work.

Your project is yours. Designs we create for you, and the files you send us, belong to you. We don't reuse, resell or display your work without your explicit permission.
